Garage Epoxy Floor Pros floor coatings are made from the highest quality polymers and resins available on the market. Our products are designed to withstand up to 7lbs of moisture vapor emissions (MVE), bubbling, flaking and peeling under normal conditions with MVE in the concrete slab being less than 7lbs over a 24hr period measured using the anhydrous calcium chloride test.

Defects to flooring such as bubbling, flaking, peeling, fading, and yellowing is warrantied to the purchaser for 10 years from the invoice date with the anhydrous calcium chloride test resulting less than 7lbs MVE transmission levels over a 24hr period. This warranty is non-transferrable and is applicable only to the purchaser listed on the invoice at the time of purchase.

Exterior & Commercial Floor Coatings

Defects to flooring such as bubbling, flaking, peeling, fading, yellowing is warrantied up to 4,000 square feet to the purchaser for 3 years from the invoice date with the anhydrous calcium chloride test resulting less than 7lbs MVE transmission levels over a 24hr period. This warranty is non-transferrable and is applicable only to the purchaser listed on the invoice at the time of purchase.

What is not covered under our floor warranty?

Any normal wear and tear of the coating that is reasonable, heavy and/or sharp objects being dragged across the coating, abuse, neglect, staining by spills not promptly cleaned up within 30 minutes, battery acid and brake fluid spills, cracking of the concrete, defective concrete, spalling of concrete or any damage caused to the concrete and flooring products by a MVE transmission level greater than 7lbs. Stemwalls (concrete curbs in the garage) are not covered under warranty.

Garage Epoxy Floor Pros does not guarantee our Epic Garage Flooring will be 100% slip free. It is possible for the flooring to become slippery when the surface of the flooring is exposed to grease, oil, rain, ice, snow, and other liquids. Garage Epoxy Floor Pros shall not be held liable for any injury, fall or slip due to any modification of the flooring from its original installation and/or any exposure to liquids or foreign substance on the flooring.
